How much does shipping cost?

Currently we offer two types of shipping:

• Standard (3-5 Business Days) — $9.00

• Expedited (Overnight if ordered before 12pm PST) — $25.00

• International (varies) — $25.00

Shipping is free for any orders that exceed $150. If you pre-order an item while its in workbench, select standard shipping only. As this item is still in production and will have an estimated ship date and cannot be expedited. Once the item is completed, you will receive a notification email that your item has shipped. When will my package arrive?

Workbench pre-orders will be shipped standard shipping according to the estimated ship date and arrive in 3-8 business days. We will update you if this date changes.

Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This will give you the best time estimate for when your package will arrive. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

What if I need to return or exchange and item?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send us an email to ArchiTec Returns to initiate the request. ArchiTec products can be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after date of receipt for a full refund, providing the item is in its original condition.
