Workbench and warranty
How does the workbench experience work?
The workbench is our space to preview each new collection and collaborate with customers. All new capsule collections will first be launched in our workbench for 30 days for you to review, see product tests, give feedback and order at pre-sale pricing. Each product has an expected ship date listed. Once 30 days are up or if we pre-sell our workbench quota, the workbench will end. Once the product is produced, we will notify customers and ship out all pre-orders.
Can I purchase a product after it is moved off the workbench?
Yes, we will retain a small amount of each item to manage any exchanges or to purchase at regular price if you fall in the "early majority" category of the Diffusion of Innovation Theory. --E.M. Rogers
Can you explain the lifetime warranty?
We build products to last a lifetime of adventures and we stand behind it. If any of our products ever fail as a result of defects in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair or replace them with a similar item free of charge and handle the shipping back to you. Just send us an email with a few photos and a description of the issue to info@architecsf.com and we will email you back within a few days with next steps.
